Rates
All reservations referring to packages as well as offers published and/or communicated by the Hotel are intended to be “NON-REFUNDABLE” unless otherwise specified by the Hotel.
Hotel Victoria Palace adopts the technique of Yield Management for the management of hotel rates. Therefore, prices of services vary according to availability, period of stay, reservation period, cancellation policy and other Yield Management variables.

Cancellations

June July and August: NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE.

All year except June, July and August:

until the 15th day before the expected check in date: no penalty required (except € 30.00 practice fee)
from the 14th day before the day of scheduled check in: 25% of the entire reservation amount
from the 7th day before the expected check in date : 100% of the entire reservation amount

NO REFUND PROVIDED FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

Cancellations for groups (8 rooms and above):
A deposit/down payment of 25% of the entire amount of the stay is required at the time of booking, as well as providing credit card details to guarantee the reservation.
For cancellation received within 60 days before check in: no penalty and return of deposit/down payment.
Cancellation received from 59 days before and within 30 days before check in: penalty of 25% of the entire stay of the cancelled rooms and/or nights.
By the deadline of the 30th day before check in, it will be necessary to settle the cost of the stay or pre-authorize the remaining amount of the stay on the credit card provided at reservation.
Beyond this deadline and until check in, or in case of “no show”: penalty of 100% of the entire stay of the cancelled rooms/night(s).

It is possible to agree on different cancellation options and/or policies upon direct contact and acceptance by the Hotel.

Hours

Breakfast from 7:30 am until 10:00 am.
Check-in from 3:00 pm onwards.
Check-out by 10:00 am.

If the room is not vacated by the check-out time, scheduled for 10:00 am, we reserve the right to charge the cost of an additional stay.

Credit Cards and Guarantees

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi.
In order to confirm your reservation, you must provide credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
The Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival (by requesting pre-authorization from the relevant circuit).

As an alternative to the credit card guarantee, reservations can be made by making a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking.
Guarantees of stay PRESCIND from the cancellation policy and are always required; in case of due return of the sums to the kind Guests, it will be our care to refund them net of bank transfer fees.

Internet
Wi-Fi Internet connection is available in common areas and rooms.
The same is free of charge; therefore, there is no refund/reduction in case of internet unavailability.

Free Services
Regarding the services rendered free of charge to our Guests (by way of example: use of the outdoor swimming pool, use of the gym, use of the solarium, etc…), as they are offered by the Hotel, they do not provide any refund/reduction of the cost of stay in case of unavailability or non-use.
